Gear Suggestion Suddenly Stopped Working

From what I remember, it was working fine yesterday. Today it isn't. At all. No other addons running. I have already reinstalled the guides as well.

What level are you? What gear do you currently have equipped?

Currently a 61 WW Monk. Random gear from dungeons and quests. Nothing special. Here is the error message I sometimes get when I open the settings tab for gear suggestions:

So at random, I logged out of my character. Checked back the addons I was using before the issue arose, logged back in and gear suggestion is working as intended. Hmmn. Can't seem to "break" it intentionally again either. Not sure what was going on.
