Another gear suggestion gone wrong.

Obviously I do my questing as Feral. So I did my world quest, got a pair of upgrade legs and swapped back to resto. Zygor immediately suggests I swap them back, and claims they have "Agility" on them. Guide should be able and adapt to the fact there's intellect on them (as in the first window, it says -|(Y-X)| INT and not -X Agi and +Y INT)

According to the bug report you have posted here the gear system says you should be equipping the Legwraps of Unworthy Souls which is the Int legs.

Yes, however both are INT/AGI. I equipped the ones with 894 "agility" (which is AGI/INT so it changes when I go over to resto) when I was in feral, then respecced to resto. When I did that, Zygor didn't quite catch up with the fact that I swapped specs, hence AGI becomes INT.

No, it suggested the item with lesser amount of stats because the "new" item had AGI according to zygor, which is not true

It told me to equip the Unworthy legs, which would result in negative gain of both INT, Haste and Mastery simply because the guide THINKS that the Tranquil Bough Pants (that were equipped) has AGI stats, because of the fact that I respec from feral into resto. Zygor doesn't understand that I respecced, so it thinks that the legs are still AGI (they swap to int when I swap to resto/balance as all other items for classes where specs have different mainstats do), which is not the case.

TL;DR. It told me to replace the legs with better stats because it thinks that the better legs have AGI.

Ok, now I'm following you. This is the game server not sending thru the correct info for some reason. The gear system just does an inquiry of the game server to find out what stats an item has to do the scores on for comparison. It's possible there is some kind of delay from the server for that being changed from agility to int being reported to the gear system. If you disable the auto-equip of upgrades in the guide viewer settings that will give a pop-up box that you can then click on Decline. After you decline an upgrade the gear system should not recommend it anymore.
