Arrow spins with the hour glass

My guide arrow just spins as an hour glass. I can see the path on my map and follow it ok.
The arrow will point when I get to the check point, but starts to spin again when I move to the next one.
Time/distance below spinning hourglass seems to be accurate.
Only noticed this in the new Legion expansion, but I haven't used it (the guide) on the lower ones since the problem started.
Also does in it on Demon Hunter 98 to 100 intro.
Tried a complete delete and reinstall, didn't help.
Also reloading the UI in game didn't help.

Yours is the only addon I am using.
I did just notice it is working ok with my warlock, just messing up with my deathknight and demon hunter. ?

Try resetting the guides by going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.

I've noticed this too, and found a simple cause and solution.

The cause for me was that when the guide is setting a new arrow location, I am in combat. I don't have to be actually fighting, just flagged as in combat.

Naturally, the solution is to find a way to drop out of combat.

The arrow only becomes an hourglass when it is either setting a new location or changing directions, like a left turn to go up a hill that is 90° from your previous arrow's location.
