Nagrand Guide Wont Mark As 100%

im trying to finish all my WoD Levelling guides, but since i upgraded my garrison, Rokhan doesnt offer the quest "Taking the Fight to Nagrand".. If i skip or complete this step, it keeps mark itself as incomplete, and i cant get the guide to finish it 100% done

Try checking your adventure journal and you should be able to accept it in there. You can also check the Command Board for it.

Is it only that one breadcrumb quest that you can't get? Were you able to do the other quests (The Might of the Warsong, More Lazy Peons, and They Call Him Lantresor of the Blade) in that line?
