Foxflower farming route

When finishing the Foxflower route in Highmountain, the travel system sends you firstly to Stormtorn Foothills in Stormheim, and then to the harbour in Highmountain, rather than the start of the route at Prepfoot. Anyone else noticed this?

No one else has mentioned anything about this. The travel system should be routing you to the nearest point in the route so maybe that's why it's not going to where you think it should be.
