It doesn't appear I have Legion Leveling Guides.. I think?

I should start by saying I've been out of the game for an extended period, I am just coming back and wanting to level my Rogue from 100-110.

I can see a suggested guide "Legion Intro & Artifacts", and Zygor's says I already did it, and I don't see any other guides for leveling 100-110... am I doing it wrong?

Sounds like you have the trial version installed. Run the desktop client, click the refresh icon at the top right, then use the wrench near the bottom right to Scan & Repair.
