I just dowloaded the 6.1.16101 update, and my waypoint arrow is just plain not there. I've tried to /reload, I've reinstalled via client, I've disabled all other add-ons. Nothing. No arrow. Nothing. And I've checked my settings.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.
1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides

I have noticed that after you do a wipe and reinstall, yes, the arrow disappears, but there is good news! It magically reappears as soon as you load a guide and select a destination. For me, using the World Quests guide and then selecting a world quest on the world map triggers the arrow, and everything is back to normal.A volunteer Curse Moderator. I write some AddOns too.
