Step 96 - it keeps telling me to click portal to Dalaran and when I do it keeps telling me to take the portal back to Argus in Dalaran. If I try to skip the quest, it'll keep doing the same thing.

There were mapping issues in the PTR that we had to wait for the live version to get fixed. This might be a side-effect from that. We'll look into it. Make sure you have the latest version of the guides installed.
