Changing Toons

I have several toons on my WOW account. I have switched to a Mage and the Zygor guides keeps thinking I am on my Warlock. How do I tell the guides I am now on my mage so it doesn't think an achievement or quest has already been done? each time I try to complete a mission or quest, it says completed. Any help would be great!

It should detect the toon change automatically. If it isn't then there is probably some conflict happening. Try disabling all other addons to see if that works.
