The Netherlight Crucible

Horde Guide, Argus Campaign, Step 306, I noticed that this step doesn't seem to recognize accepting "The Netherlight Crucible". See attached below. I thought I might have missed accepting the quest but the quest giver doesn't have the quest for the two characters I was working on at the time. Looking back, I think I may have completed the quest already. Just wanted to pass this along....I could be off base but it's worth a look, I believe.

Are steps after this one green or are they all red?

I have the same problem (Alliance side).

I have two characters that have completed the quest. Now, none of the characters are offered it. I think Blizzard has changed it when a certain patch dropped that you're not offered this quest any more if you've already done it on another character and it's now account-wide. I have to either skip it or mark it as completed.
