Zygor's Recommending Gear with stat weights other than what I have set

UPDATE: Reloading the UI after setting stat weights seems to fix the problem. This isn't mentioned on the item scoring screen, and other addons like Pawn don't require a reload. I suggest adding some sort of mention of this on the item scoring screen.

I have both Pawn and Zygor's installed and I have been using SimulationCraft to calculate stat weights for my characters. Pawn shows the correct score for each item based on my stat weights (which I have calculated by hand to prove), and despite importing the same string into Zygor's as I have to Pawn (with the exact same stat weights), Zygor's recommends different gear in almost every instance.

I went to generate a report about the suggestion being wrong and I noticed something. In the report it showed a full calculation of the gear and it was using completely different stat weights from the ones I had set in the settings panel.

Here is the stat weight string I imported into Zygor's and Pawn for a warlock I'm leveling:

As you can see the weight for haste is 6.8 instead of 4.71, mastery is 9.0 instead of 4.68, and versatility is 3.0 instead of 4.2. These weights are not even proportionate to the weights I've entered as haste should be higher than mastery for the simulation I did for my level. If I go into the settings, however, I see the custom stat weights I entered and not the ones the addon is using.

Below is the full report from the item comparison. One other unrelated error in the report below I want to point out is the undead race is called the Forsaken not the Scourge. The Scourge were the Lich King's minions.
