Bfa guide not working

I started in one zone then jumped to next zone worked fine. I switched to try war campaign and worked great. but when I tried to go back leveling guide it goes to end and says complete but its not, and all i get is step one to step 169 complete cant go back. I would be grateful for any help.

If you manually step thru the leveling guide are all quest steps green?

It wont let me manually click them only goes from 1 to 169 cant back it up or go forward one step at a time.
As soon as i click to go to that guide it starts at 1 and runs to end.

Hold down the Ctrl + Alt keys when trying to click thru the steps.
