War Campaign [HORDE]

Good evening all,

I've just finished levelling to 120 and decided to start on my war campaign, I can get all the way to step 97 just fine. However, on step 98 'Accept The Final Foothold' from Nathanos this quest isn't available.

Do you know if it's a bug or if there is something else I need to do?

It's looking like some of the war campaign stuff is bugged on Blizzards side and a lot of people are not able to get the world quests unlocked. Might have to wait a day or two for them to get it fixed.
