Step 427 of the Alliance Drustvar guide says to talk to Angus Ballaster. Turn in quest 'An Improved Arsenal' and Accept the quest '.'.
Guessing the Accept part should be the Bonus Objective "Reclaiming Corlain".

Normally when a quest name isn't showing that's because for whatever reason the game never added it to your cache files so your game never 'saw' that quest before. We'll check on it just to make sure it's not something that was already removed from the game.
