Guide does not advance once step(s) are completed

I've been seeing the same issue with the War Campaign, Stormsong valley and Tiragarde Sound guides - you will complete a step and the guide does nor progress to the next step - it just sits there until you manually move it to the next step.

I'm running two toons together and it will also show one toon several steps behind the other - even though they are the exact same step in the guide. Screenshots attached.

Try going into the guide viewer settings and disable the share mode. It's waiting for everyone in your group to finish the step.
