Steps 179 and 180 need to be switched around.
Step 179 has you using your Dread relic to summon Teribus the Cursed.
Step 180 has you killing Auchenai to acquire 20 Doom Skulls.
The Doom Skulls are required to be in your inventory to summon Teribus. As the guide currently is, once you collect the 20 skulls it shows step 180 as complete, but then goes back to incomplete once you summon Teribus and consume the skulls.
