Fire Mage Artifact Bug

Hello,

It seems that the quest "..." for the fire mage artifact is bugged. Meryl Felstorm is not there.

That is most likely one of the artifact power related quests that Blizzard removed from the game. We've been slowly removing them from the guides as we find them. It should be safe to skip it.
