Working with german ingame language?

Does the Zygor Guide Addon work with german ingame language? Or do I have to use english language?

The guides have partial translation. WoW uses an ID system for NPCs, quest names, item names, ect., and we can translate these terms into their native versions. All other text such as tips that we write ourselves are only in English.
