Undead Class

I want to roll an undead for classic, what would be the best class for that race and for the classic guide?

Whatever you are happy playing. If it's a class you don't like playing then it won't be fun and the guides will work with any class.

Classes with a pet generally have an easier time of things in Classic, so Warlock for Undead, although that class is rather squishy in the lower levels before you get the pet.
