Zygor not working

I am in game now, updated before I got in and add-on is just blank when I get in game. When I click options it justs opens up a box in the middle of my screen. Any fix without restarting game?

Are you able to open the Guide Menu and see the list of guides? If so, try loading one of the guides into the Guide Viewer.

When I click on the options button it pops up the guide menu but nothing appears. It is just a blank transparent window.

When you look in your WoW/classic/Interface/Addons folder what is the name of the Zygor folder you see?

Theres 2 folders, ZygorGuidesViewerClassic and ZygorGuidesViewer

Delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder (keep the Classic one) and then reload the UI.

ZG, hello, in my case I just had ZygorGuidesViewrs Classic and it dosn't even show up eanything in the game... eany help?

Try disabling all other addons. I know there is one healing addon that messes with the guides.

Not showing up in the addons list at all even on /reload etc on the Classic side despite there being a ZygorGuidesViewerClassic. It works well on the retail side however.

Where do you have the Classic game installed on your computer, and what are the directories set to on the Zygor Client under Settings \ Installation for Classic. These need to match, or it won't install to the right location. You want the ZygorGuidesViewerClassic folder to be inside your Classic Interface \ AddOns folder.

If you installed the guides while you had the game running waiting for a queue you will need to restart the game to see the guides in game.
