Perpetual "A New Update Has Been Installed"

For the classic guide, there's a status icon that says:

"A new update has been installed. The update will become active the next time you log in to World of Warcraft (Classic). You can also type '/reload' in-game to apply it immediately."

No matter how many times I type /reload or start the game, the status stays the same?
