Orc Leveling 12-20 Quest "Lost Deathstalkers" (Step 11)

Zygor says to pick up the quest "Lost Deathstalkers" from High Executor Hadric. This quest does not exist.

Did you accept the "Wild Hearts" quest to gather "Discolored Worg Hearts"? The guide specifically does not tell you accept that quest, even though you already have the hearts gathered at the time, because the "Lost Deathstalkers" quest is not available if you've already accepted "Wild Hearts". I suspect you may have accepted that quest out of order accidentally.
