Tome of melthandris incorrect path, Raene's cleansing is not picked up.

Going from Astranaar to pick up the tome of melthandris suggests going straight through a mountain instead of the long arc. also, Raene's cleansing is skipped, major oversight there. Perhaps it was dropped on a prior level chunk complete?

also, tower of althalaxx quest was also dropped? cmon now
