Fenris Isle WoW - Leveling guide 20-25

So I am on step 22 and I should accept some quest in this building, which is full of mobs. As a caster mage I find it extremly difficult and not very good farming experience. Guide doesn't say anything about need of group, so I am curious if I should be able to kill all those mobs as a caster without dying.

You should be able to, unless you try to fight many of them at once. We have you complete 2 low drop rate quests there, and grind to level 21, on level 17-18 mobs. Then once you're level 21, you go into the fortress where enemies are level 18-19. Most classes should be able to handle this, if you go slow and be careful.

I was going for elite, which wasn't where the quest was, so that was the problem, thanks for the explanation.
