Finished mountain lions, turned in, next step is to turn in encrypted letter quest to lore master dibs. I was not instructed to get this quest.

maybe you moved it because it's probably too high level for a 32?

Yeah, this was a mistake. We moved the quest to later, but forgot to move the turnin to later as well. This has been fixed and will be in the next guide update. Thanks for reporting.
