It looks like that quest might not be added to the game. We will check on this. You should be ok to go to the next step and not worry about it.

It does make you fly to ratchet, turn in one part of the quest and then fly back to cross roads - this can be turn in when you do the escort quest a few steps earlier.

The flight into ratchet to turn in chens empty keg and accept ".." is totally pointless at step 80 and wastes 3 silver. Would be worth fixing as it's time consuming as well. Hopefully we don't miss further parts of the quest?
