Bug in southshore 30-35 Step 105

There's a bug where it's telling you to turn in the quest you pickup from the letter in the syndicate camp north of southshore.

The problem is that it never actually tells you to get this letter.

You hearthstone to southshore then try and turn it in but you can't because you never picked it up! That meant I had to go back and get it then run all the way back again which wasn't very efficient.

Encrypted Letter

I see step 105 of the 30-35 guide says to turn in quest Costly Menace. Is that what you are referring to? I don't think that is because you pick up that quest from Darren Malvew back on step 84. For a quest named Encrypted Letter I see in the 35-40 guide on step 129 that has you accept Encrypted Letter from the syndicate documents in Alterac Mountains and then turn it in on step 137.

Are you using the latest version of the guides?

To be honest with you, Im not on this anymore I just noted it down to make a post on the forums about it and that's what I put the step number as.

I'm almost lvl 40 now so I can't remember the exact details. I just remember that it never told me to get that letter. I used the version I got on launch day and I don't think I've updated since, although I probably should - I'm scared to logout due to queues!

as a follow up to this, when do we actually pick it up? Im 35-40, and was just told to pick up further mysteries, obviously I had to skip because I didnt have the prerequisite
