Alliance 13-20 Leveling Guide

I just subscribed and the addon started me with the 13-20 Alliance guide. The guide is telling me to go from The Loch to Kalimdor then back to Eastern Kingdoms to arrive in Westfall. How in the world is a level 13 supposed to make it through Kalimdor? Is this guide broken or am I missing something?

Fly to Ironforge, take the Deep Run Tram to Stormwind, run out to Elwynn Forest, pop over to Westfall. We are working to improve the travel system for situations like this.
