quest log cleanup and dungeon quests

Do the Quest Log cleanup function also delete dungeon quests?

Most likely it will. It's designed to abandon quests that are not in the guide.

Is there a way to clean all the quests in your log?

I've been going back and forth and now have no space to accept new quests.

I just need to purge all the quests and start fresh.

We don't have anything to do that automatically but you can open up your quest log in game and abandon each quest manually.
