Abit disapointed now

So ive been following Zygor classic guide from lvl 1 to 36 and follow the lvl that i need to have in the guide, until i reach lvl 36 step 66......

Just skip it. We are still fine tuning the grind steps. Just continue on, and if you start to encounter enemies too difficult, or you can't accept a quest due to being low level, then just grind at that point or run some dungeons.
