Leveling Guide 35-40

I'm on the horde side and currently level 40. Im at step 223, which tells me, become level 40 and it's green too in the addon. The guide progress tells me I'm on 47% completion. It does not allow me to "skip the step" and move on. I tried just starting the 40-45 guide but that drops me in the middle of a quest I dont have. Any suggestions?

That is the last step of the 35-40 guide. The quest that the 40-45 guide starts with is one that you should have picked up on step 219 of the 35-40 guide.

I think it sorted itself out after I went back and picked up some quests I didn't do while doing dungeons. Thanks!
