Dustwallow Marsh 43-44 problem

It stops at stage 18 after setting thunder bluff to your hearstone. I feel like something is missing since in the desolace guide it never tells you to hearstone to thunderbluff and Tenaris tells you to set heartstone to Ghadgetstan. What am i doing wrong here?

Nothing is wrong. The Tanaris 44-45 guide assumes travel will have you hearth to Thunder Bluff before flying to Gadgetzan, because it's a bit faster.
