Bug Ashenvale 25-27 step 20 - Turn In Shadumbra's head

Hello,

Nowhere in the guide does it have us to get the head itself and it asks us to turn it in.

Can you please update locations etc and where the head drops?

The guide mentions to turn the quest in, however on further steps (step 24) down it has the quest itself appearing. Can you maybe switch around the steps so people don't get confused?
