Deeprun Rat Roundup quest skipped?

I'm level 10 gnome warlock and guide is bring me to Stormwind for my level 10 lock quest. Naturally it tells me to take the tram.
Is there a reason it skips the Deeprun Rat Roundup quest after I enter the tram from IF?

The steps seem to pass it. Is it intentional? Seems like an easy quick XP quest?

In the day one release of Alliance guides, that quest is done later, when all Alliance characters use the deeprun tram. This may change in the Efficiency Update, though, since we're reworking some things. But to answer your question, if you follow the guide, it will be done later.
