Quest icons on mini map

Hi everyone

After about 6 years of not playing, i recently started again so i could have a go at "classic".

If i recall correctly, while playing "retail" there used to be a option to see Quests on the mini map. They would appear as ! or ? so you could see older quests not completed in the guides.

Was this a option in the Zygor Guides or was it a option for "retail"?

If the option is still in there somewhere, where is it?

The quest icons you saw in retail are done by Blizzard. Classic originally never had quest icons on the mini map which is why you don't see them. If you want to get those icons again you'll want an addon like Classic Codex or Questie.
