Can't advance the guide?

I've completed a step, but the guide doesn't auto advance and using the click to advance to the next step isnt working. I've tried logging in/out. Any advice?

That is the last step of that guide. It should have popped up a box asking you to load the Alterac Mountains (37-38) guide.

If you look at the green status bar in the picture, it is not fully green. There were ~3 more steps left.

Sometimes that bar is not accurate because it could be counting steps for a class quest for a different quest that you can't complete.
