Zygor Classic and Carbonite Classic compatibility

Carbonite Maps Classic was released recently and I've been using it in conjunction with Zygor. I would like the map markers and ant trails to show up on the Carbonite map.

Any idea what setting I need to adjust to make this visible?

There is no setting for that. Carbonite uses it's own unique function calls for things like that instead of allowing normal function calls to place markers. This makes it that every addon that wants to work with Carbonite has to be specially coded to do so.
