Can i get some advice on this gear scoring issue

Can anyone see why below is showing as a downgrade? using the default resto druid stat weights

When you get something like that swap the gear around to make it give you a pop up suggestion for which gear to equip. When you have that window open Shift click on the Decline button to generate a gear system bug report. Paste that bug report in a post and that will allow us to see why it is suggesting one item over another.
