WoW Classic Mage Leveling Stranglethorn (34-36)

Hi,

Wharfmaster Dizzywig, in Rachet, does not offer the quest "Passage to Booty Bay". He does offer several other quests (like "Parts for Kravel").

I'm guessing I must be missing some precursor task. Any idea what?

My concern is that this appears to start a critical chain of quests in Stranglethorn.

Passage to Booty Bay is actually in the middle of a quest chain, not the beginning of the chain. The chain starts with The Howling Vale which is picked up on step 2 of the Ashenvale 30-31 guide.
