The Fate of Saurfang Step 5 Incorrect Travel Directions.

Step Five of The Fate of Saurfang says to talk to Thrallmar Mage and tell him to send you to the Dark Portal. He no longer offers this option, and tells you you can travel to Shattrah City.

The quest itself offers a different set of travel instructions; Take the port from Western Earthshrine to Twilight Highland.
