When leveling through Spires of Arak, I stumbled upon a bug on Step #32 of the guide.
In the quest you are supposed to build either the Hearthfire Tavern or Smuggler's Den. The guide instructs you to select which of the buildings you chose to build; however, the guide autocompleted the step for me.
It seems that the guide autocompletes and moves to the steps with the Smuggler's Den option, regardless of player's actual choice.
I only noticed this a few steps later when I was unable to find a quest giver that the guide was instructing me to accept a quest from.
