Guide and arrow stop working / Guide ""Northern Barrens""

Im a very new WOW Player (I have a Druid from the Horde). I buy the guide some minutes ago and i have the first trouble. I follow the guide step by step since lv1 until now. i alredy finish my last guide until lvl 20.

Now i start the guide "Northern Barrens" step 3 , i spoke with "Michael Garret" for flying to some place, but the place r not available when i click him, only a "¿" sign and after click there, the arrow stop working.

Then i dont know what i need to do, or how travel to the destination.

I dont know why the guide carry me here if the flying point i need to go r not open yet, or not available.

Then i need help.

If you are trying to do the Northern Barrens guide the arrow is probably trying to get you to use the zeppelin that is outside of Undercity to get over to Orgrimmar. Try going to step 1 of the Northern Barrens guide and see if that helps to get the arrow to show you to the zeppelin.

Nop, not work.

So i try to change to the "ghostlands" guide for lvl 10- 60, and does not work too.

Support link here dont work.

And if i try to send a "bug" report with ur addon inside the game, dont work too.

Too many bugs, i open a few topics here make a report of all, but i feel like nothing work after i made the purchase.

Just for u know, Zygor Guide its my only addon active in the game .

So , in think i wanna my money back please, what i need to do for that??
