How do I upgrade to 2.0 if I own the 1-70 Alliance guide?

I own the 1-80 Horde guide and the 1-70 Alliance guide. I can only update my Horde guide to 2.0 at present.

Will I be able to eventually upgrade my Alliance guide to 2.0 without paying the entire $60 for 2.0? I would think that owning the 1-70 guide ought to grant me a significant price break.

I think the reason for that is that version 2.0 is only upgradable from the 1-80 (or 1-70 who also bought 70-80) guides and not if you only have the 1-70 guide?

As with any release of anything with a customer support, there will be an initial period where the support scurries about with their heads cut off trying to help everyone, and it's my guess that they have you on hold. :*(
