Why am I receiving this error when I try to download the Alliance 1-80?

i keep getting the same message when ever i try downloading the horde 1-80 guide as well.

Same message here, the problem is I wasn't trying to go to the alliance guide... or didn't think so... I don't even play any alliance toons... so never needed it. twice though now when I have clicked something else it has tried to redirect me there, then I get the message mentioned above.

Are you guys still getting this error? The site is getting SLAMMED with traffic, we're working to fix it, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

yep i log in select the horde guied for download and then im constantly asked to log in with the message saying access to this membership is not allowed.

yes, is it because I never bought the 70-80 guide? That's all I can think of.

woot just managed to download the guide very happy and a big thank you to everyone for getting the problem sorted as fast as they did must have been a major problem with traffic today.
