Food and Drink Bonus Guide

I am curious regarding the bonus guide, while reviewing some of the foods for my toons I notice that you state increase in strength, where as the items list spirit and stamina as the buffs provided. Is this a typo or is my the food really giving me a strength bonus and I just don't know it.
