Sorry if this has already been covered but in game I have a choice of fury leveling (18/53/0) or pvp leveling (56/15/0) but your website suggest arms (55/16/0) or pvp (57/14/0). Any particular reason these don't coincide? If I'm missing something, sorry. Thanks.

We recommend using the in-game talent builds. They have been deemed better, in our opinions, for solo play.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Not to stir the pot since I'm new here but...
Your guides on your website say updated September 22, 2009, build for patch 3.2.2 and used to create the guide but less than a month later, in the same patch, with said guide, you're now suggesting a totally differant leveling tree?
I'm sure you can see where that doesn't compute.
Granted it's not the main function of your addon but it's a quandary none the less.

Hello bmgaradar,
It's possible that they haven't updated the website yet, but I see what you're saying. My guess is that they found a better leveling build when changing the questing path and trying different builds while leveling for 2.0. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but I'm sure they'll update it soon enough.
It's also possible that they had left them on there for members who prefer the earlier builds. To me, leveling builds are all about playstyle. I myself level Demonology, but a good friend of mine chooses to level via Affliction. It's all about the playstyle when leveling, and if you're interested in using a custom build, feel free to drop a line here...

with a link to the build you'd like and I'll be sure to set it up for you. Hope this helps!

The in-game talent builds were created by a different member of our staff than the online talent builds. The builds for the in-game guide were deemed better, so we recommend using those. You can use whichever build you prefer, and are comfortable with.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

I definately agree that leveling, as with the game in general, is about playing the way you enjoy, otherwise what's the point. But I'm curous by nature and justed wanted to know the origin of the discrepancy.
Anyways, thanks for the replies and I'm definately enjoying the guide. I was already 37 when I picked it up so I'm still trying to get on track and have switched from arms to fury. Though I liked arms, figured I'd give the suggested spec a try.
Thanks again.
