little dots and question marks

What happened to all the little orange dots and question marks on the maps? They were there before the new upgrade.

When you installed the new version of Zygor 2.0, did you Delete all the old Zygor addons "Including" all the addons that had the name "cartographer" in them?

Note that the new guide no longer has the option to "Show ALL dots", as it was a huge performance sink - it only shows the current one. Maybe that's what you mean?
