hi there im a lvl 16 rouge and i was busy level when it says go to farnell in undercity. so i go there i see him but no ! sign so i cant accept the quest what should i do? just leave and do the next step or will it ruin everything?

I'm sorry but I can't find this in the guide like you're referring to. What race are you and is this in the Horde 13-20 portion of the guide? Maybe a small screen shot of your Zygor Guide Viewer at that step would help.
