Having just been bitten by this, I thought I would mention this for others - prior to following the directions to install the new update by blowing away the existing files, make sure that you make a backup copy of your custom builds for the talent trees if you have any. It will save you a lot of time rebuilding them from scratch again. And a suggestion for the developers - provide a facility for having these custom files read from a directory outside of the main zygor trees if we have to keep nuking the trees to install new versions.
