No, it just provides a Leveling and PvP spec, just in case you do have dual spec. You can most certainly use it with only 1 spec if you wish - choosing between the Leveling and PvP specs.

will I be able to import my own talent builds and have it place the talents automatically. I ask this because you don't offer healing talent builds and i am leaving duel spec paladin ret/holy

Currently, you cannot add your own talent builds. We may add that feature later, though, or at least add other builds, such as a Holy build for paladins. :-)

I would say this is a definite possibility.

Would it be possible to do but just not user friendly necessarily? Like if I were to browse your files and find the ones that fed into the trees - could they be tweaked or would it not be that easy? I too think it would be awesome to be able to define a tree up front, which may or may not resemble your recommended build but would be willing to put up with some pain to have to craft it by hand if it was possible.
